Q. What is coaching?
A. In short, coaching is a partnership that helps you to move from where you are now to where you want to be.
Q.How many sessions will I need?
A. It isn’t possible to give a definitive answer to this question - it depends on what you want to achieve through coaching. As a guide, most clients require between 3 to 6 months of coaching to make long-term changes. We will discuss your needs and likely timescales during an initial meeting or you can contact me for more information.
Q.Where are you based?
A. Work Life Design is based in Leeds, but we offer face-to-face coaching across Yorkshire, as well as offering telephone coaching across the UK.
Q.When are you available for coaching sessions?
A. Various weekday, evening, and weekend appointments are available.
Q. How do I find out more?
A. The best thing to do is to contact me and we can have a chat over the phone or arrange to meet up for a coffee.
