I offer a range of coaching options to suit your individual needs.

1. One-off Intensive 'Breakthrough' Session

Are you feeling 'stuck?'

If any of these situations apply to you, then a one-off intensive breakthrough session is the perfect solution. The session is specifically designed to help you overcome your particular obstacle, allowing you to move forward with confidence.

The session is 2.5 hours long, and is conducted face-to-face.

2. 'Find the Right Career' Programme

Unsure what to do next in your career?

The 'Find the Right Career' progamme gives you the support you need to identify a career option you'll love & to develop a plan of action. The programme covers the following modules:

Module 1 - Review of current and previous job roles

Module 3 - Your natural strengths & skills

Module 4 - Your personal style & preferred environments

Module 5 - Your interests (subjects & activities)

Module 6 - Develop work life criteria

10 coaching sessions (each 1.5 hours long)

Silver Option
A 'silver' option is also available where you can select 6 modules from the programme. This option includes:

6 coaching sessions (each 1.5 hours long)

Price = £900 (face to face sessions) or £800 (telephone /Skype sessions)

3. Flexible Coaching Sessions

Want to overcome stress, a lack of confidence, or work-related problems?

Then flexible coaching sessions will be the best option for you. Choose weekly, fortnightly, or monthly sessions to suit you.

Price = £80 per hour (for face to face sessions) or £70 per hour (for telephone sessions)

The Logistics

I provide face-to-face coaching across Yorkshire. Sessions can take place either at my practice in Leeds, or at a convenient neutral venue to suit you. Please note: Sessions held outside of Leeds will be subject to an additional fee to cover travel costs.

Telephone coaching is available throughout the UK, as well as internationally. Skype is available.

I recommend that sessions are conducted face-to-face if possible.
