Coaching Options & Fees

My goal when coaching is to help you get 'unstuck' and enable you to move forward feeling clear about what you want, positive about your future, and happier within yourself. My aim is to help you achieve this as quickly as possible, as I believe this to be of most benefit to you. Most of my clients (over 90%) find that 2-4 sessions is all they need to get back on track. You can choose from 2 coaching options:

1. 'Breakthrough' Package

Are you feeling 'stuck?'

Perhaps you're trying to make a decision but you've been going round in circles? You might be thinking:

• How do I deal with this work issue?

The package comprises one 2 hour session followed by a second session of 1 hour (total = 3 hours of coaching). The breakthrough package is best conducted face-to-face, but can be done via Skype.

2. Flexible Coaching Sessions

Then flexible coaching sessions will be the best option for you. Choose fortnightly, or monthly 90 minute sessions to suit you.

The Logistics
I provide face-to-face coaching in Devon and Somerset.  Telephone coaching is available throughout the UK, as well as internationally.  Skype is available.
